Our Heritage

The Sibi Granites was founded by Mr. S. Senthil Kumar, whose journey in the granite industry began in the 1980s when he owned a granite quarry in the northwestern region of Tamil Nadu, India. In 1993, along with his wife Mrs. S. Manjula Senthil, he ventured into granite exports with the support of close family and friends, laying the foundation for a small but dedicated enterprise.

By 1998, their vision had grown into a full-fledged company—The Sibi Granites—named lovingly after their only son. This marked the beginning of a new era for the family business.

Today, The Sibi Granites exports primarily to the United States, United Kingdom, and New Zealand, partnering with 8–9 granite factories across the region to meet increasing global demand. While our core exports include finished headstones, bases, and slabs, we continue to deal in a wide range of granite products, staying true to our commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
